Talk to a person
There is no chat widget on this store and no automated assistant. Messages arrive with a person, and that person answers them.
If you are deciding between two pieces, or you are not sure a size is right, ask before you order. It is a great deal easier than a return.
What to include so we can answer in one reply
- Your order number, if the question is about an order that already exists.
- Which piece you mean, by name, if there is more than one on the order.
- What you would like to happen. A refund, an exchange, a size, an answer.
- A photograph, if something has arrived wrong. It usually saves a whole exchange of emails.
What we will never ask you for
We will never ask for your full card number, your card security code, your password, or a payment sent outside the checkout. Not by email, not by phone, not ever.
If a message claiming to be from this shop asks for any of those, it is not from us. Forward it to us and we will tell you what we are seeing at our end.
