This page is the whole agreement. If anything elsewhere on this site contradicts it, this page is what we will honor.

What we are

Cross & Crown is a buying operation. We do not run a workshop and we do not cast, finish or hallmark anything ourselves. We select pieces, we publish what we were told about them, and we say so plainly when a figure was not given to us.

What we publish

Every product page carries the metal, the fineness, the weight in grams, and every measurement in both millimeters and inches. Where a line is missing, it is missing because we were not given a figure we would stand behind. We will not estimate a specification and present it as fact.

Metal terms are legally defined and we use them exactly. Gold, gold-filled, vermeil and gold-plated are four different things, and we will never use the shorter word because it sells better.

Stones

A lab-grown stone is named as lab-grown, every time, on the product page and in the specification. A simulant is named as a simulant. Where the origin line is absent, we were not told, and you should assume nothing from its absence except that we did not want to guess on your behalf.

Size

Most jewelry that comes back was the wrong size, not the wrong piece. Our sizing guide gives you a method you can do at home with a strip of paper, and every ring page states whether the size can be changed later and what that costs.

Returns

The return window runs from the day the piece is delivered, not the day you placed the order. That distinction matters when something arrives while you are away. Engraved pieces cannot be returned, and we say so before you type the engraving, not after.

What you will not find here

No countdown clocks. No invented stock counts. No fabricated reviews. No struck-through price for a sale that never happened. No urgency we manufactured to move you. If we would not want it aimed at us, we do not use it.

A person answers

Write to us and a person reads it and a person replies. No chatbot, no ticket number, no queue. If we get something wrong we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
